## Our Group's Mid-Term Growth Strategy
In February 2026, our group formulated a mid-term growth strategy with plans to achieve an operating profit of 10 billion yen in the fiscal year ending December 2028, and 15 billion yen in the fiscal year ending December 2030. As a key performance indicator to support this achievement, we aim for an annual recurring revenue centered on "Motivation Cloud" to reach 15 billion yen by the end of December 2028, and 24 billion yen by the end of December 2030. To achieve this, we will expand the target of existing services in "Motivation Cloud" to domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the expansion of new services in our transformation services. We will first expand into "recruitment support" and "management support," and then plan to promote cloudification in new areas.

It supports the simultaneous improvement of quantity and quality in the recruitment process from forming a candidate pool to conducting interviews, by visualizing applicant characteristics using our database and leveraging our consulting know-how.
