The Edgeson Management Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), established by Link and Motivation Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshio Ozasa; Securities Code: 2170; hereinafter referred to as our company), held 'MIRA-GE next', a multi-generational and multi-regional training camp program aimed at fostering next-generation co-creation leaders, at Kagawa Prefectural Takamatsu High School from Saturday, March 28, to Monday, March 30, 2026.
Background of the Event
'MIRA-GE' is a multi-generational workshop named by combining 'MIRAI' (Future) and 'BRIDGE' under the concept of 'connecting the future and reality'. Since 2024, it has been held a cumulative total of 18 times nationwide, with over 1,000 participants.
In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, the youth who will carry the future are required to have the ability to face social issues with their own opinions and co-create with people of different positions and generations. To nurture such 'next-generation co-creation leaders', this workshop has provided opportunities for high school students, university students, and working adults to sit at the same table and discuss 'the future they want to be'.
'MIRA-GE next' is a camp-style program launched in response to voices from 'MIRA-GE' participants asking to 'talk deeply with a more diverse range of people'.
At the first 'MIRA-GE next' held in Nagasaki last year, over 130 high school students and teachers from all over the country gathered and the event ended in great success *1. Following requests from high school students and teachers from Shikoku who participated in that event saying 'We want to implement this initiative in Shikoku as well', we have decided to hold 'MIRA-GE next' focused on the 4 Shikoku prefectures this time.

In the Shikoku region, in addition to population decline, the acceleration of the working population's decline due to the outflow of young people outside Shikoku is a challenge. Under these circumstances, there is a demand to develop human resources who will lead the future regional society of Shikoku. However, the current educational environment in Shikoku has limited opportunities for interaction beyond the framework of schools and local communities. Therefore, to enable high school students living in Shikoku to deepen vertical connections across generations and horizontal connections with their peers, we held the first region-specific 'MIRA-GE next'.
Event Overview
A total of over 75 people participated in this program, including about 60 students and teachers from a total of 20 schools (16 schools from the 4 Shikoku prefectures and 4 schools from other prefectures), as well as corporate employees, to discuss themes such as 'The ideal vision for Shikoku'.
Specifically, in addition to students and teachers from the participating schools listed below, local government officials in Shikoku, university professors, Awawa Co., Ltd., which is headquartered in Shikoku, and employees of Sanpa Co., Ltd., a sponsoring company, participated.

Comments from Participants and Stakeholders
- By talking with people from a wide range of generations, I was able to deepen my own thinking. Also, I realized that even though I live in Shikoku, I didn't know the charms of each of the 4 prefectures. Since I am working on regional revitalization as a theme in my inquiry activities, I want to utilize the charms of the other prefectures in Shikoku.
