About the "One Career Job Hunting Review Award"

This award, hosted by One Career, aims to recognize companies that genuinely engage with students in recruitment by honoring those that have garnered significant support from students. It has been held since 2019, making this the 8th time. From approximately 50,000 companies listed on the job hunting support service "One Career," companies that received particularly high evaluations from students regarding recruitment events (internships/briefing sessions/main selection) were selected across overall rankings, area categories (6 nationwide areas), and special categories (venture rankings, rankings chosen by science students).

Our company promotes management that equally values business strategies for maximizing customer value and organizational strategies for maximizing human capital, linking the two. As indicators, we have set "human resource capability" and "organizational strength (engagement)" as important KPIs. Human resource capability refers to the alignment between the abilities required by the organization and the abilities possessed by individuals, while organizational strength refers to the alignment between the desired state of the organization and individual motivation. To improve these, we have been strengthening "recruitment branding" using job information media in the recruitment area since last year.
