(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshio Kosasa; Securities Code: 2170; hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') has been certified as a Corporation for Promoting Employee Welfare in the 'Hataraku Ale 2026' employee welfare award and certification system, supported by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

What is Hataraku Ale?

A system that awards businesses, organizations, and municipalities (hereinafter referred to as 'corporations') that focus on enhancing and utilizing employee welfare. With the aim of further promoting and developing employee welfare, it awards and certifies corporations that implement excellent employee welfare, as well as motivated corporations that intend to enhance employee welfare going forward. To date, a total of 877 corporations have been awarded and certified.

Evaluation Points and Our Initiatives

For this certification, the following point was evaluated: 'recognizing the purpose of implementing employee welfare broadly, not limited to recruitment and retention of human resources, but also as a means of utilizing diverse employees, improving employee labor productivity, and boosting employee motivation, and thus positioning the role of employee welfare highly.' We recognize that this is an evaluation of our company's approach, which views various systems, including employee welfare, as management messages and designs them with consistency in our philosophy.

In our group, we position human resource systems as 'management messages that indicate the company's expectations and growth directions for each employee.' Therefore, our goal is to enhance empathy with our philosophy through these systems. Based on this approach, with the basic policy of embedding clear expectations into each system, we carry out unique system designs.
