LIXIL Housing Research Institute Eyeful Home Company has signed a franchise chain (FC) agreement with Taisei Jutaku Co., Ltd. (based in Tsurugashima City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Takashi Suzuki) effective June 1, 2026, to join the Eyeful Home franchise.

Taisei Jutaku Co., Ltd., which entered into the FC agreement, has been operating since 1996 in Saitama Prefecture (Sakado, Kawagoe, Shiki, etc.), conducting real estate sales, built-for-sale homes, and standard home sales, building a track record.

In recent years, the company faced challenges in brand power, customer base expansion, and staff development to further grow its business. By joining the Eyeful Home FC, it can leverage a national brand and introduce various systems, realizing services with the following three strengths:

1. Product strength to meet a wide range of customers By incorporating Eyeful Home's diverse product lineup, it can now cater to price ranges and customer segments that were previously difficult to address.

2. Local expertise × national brand customer attraction Combining Taisei Jutaku's 'know-how of the local area' cultivated over about 30 years in Saitama Prefecture with Eyeful Home's 'high brand recognition and customer attraction' provides stable services.

3. Human resource development for high-quality proposals Utilizing Eyeful Home's comprehensive training programs and operational manuals enhances staff sales skills and knowledge. This standardizes operations, enabling consistently high-quality proposals to customers.

Taisei Jutaku President Takashi Suzuki expressed expectations for the franchise as follows:
