Eyeful Home Company of LIXIL Housing Research Institute has decided the award-winning works for the 6th 'Dream House Art Contest' held for children in elementary school and younger.

The 'Dream House Art Contest' is a contest that solicits artwork of 'dream houses' that children imagine they would like to live in or would be wonderful to have. This, the 6th edition, received a total of 717 creative works from all over the country. Submissions were accepted in two categories: 'coloring' and 'drawing', and judged by our company's employees and external designers. This year, we specially invited Mr. Kunihiko Yahagi, a leading figure in inquiry-based learning, to evaluate the rich imagination of the children from a professional perspective, and to comprehensively support and foster the creativity of the next generation through individual comments on the award-winning works.
Eyeful Home is committed to housing development with the concept of 'Kids Design' from a child's perspective and standards, and proposes 'child-raising living' that incorporates measures to foster children's creativity, independence, and curiosity. The works submitted this time will be utilized in the development of the next generation of Kids Design products, in order to support and realize the rich imagination, hopes, and dreams of the children who will carry the future of society.
