2. Proposal of "Shiga-standard high-insulation and high-airtightness homes" to overcome Gifu's unique climate
The Ogaki and Minami-Gifu areas where we are opening this time have a severe climate environment, very hot in summer and experiencing strong, cold winds called "Ibuki-oroshi" in winter. The Fiace Home Hikone Store routinely builds homes under Shiga Prefecture's stricter insulation standards (Regions 5 and 4), and will apply this high airtightness and high insulation performance using the high-performance panel method directly to the Gifu area. Through this, we propose homes where you can obtain comfortable "lifelong peace of mind" while keeping utility costs down.
