Since its opening in Funabashi, Chiba on July 14, 2024, 'Eyeful Home's Asoberu Ie' has been operated as a facility open to the community, hosting various events including social and regional contribution activities like kids' cafeterias and dementia cafes, and has been used by many people.

On the occasion of its 40th anniversary in May 2024, Eyeful Home believed that realizing its vision of a 'child-rearing-friendly house' requires both 'lifestyle proposals that look to the future' to accommodate changes as children grow, and the 'formation of a local community' where residents can become like one big family. The 'Asoberu Ie' was created to embody these ideas. 'Asoberu Ie' is not just a model house but is operated as an experiential community facility open to the region. Currently, in partnership with local businesses who act as managers, it is utilized for social contribution activities like kids' cafeterias and dementia cafes, for events hosted by local people, and as a rental space that can be used casually.
