Experience the Latest Musashi-Kosugi Property in VR! Venue Features Soundproofing Experience in "Mizonokuchi"

Prior to the completion scheduled for July 2026 and the start of move-in applications in late July, we will hold a "VR Open House" allowing you to experience this property under construction ahead of time.

The venue for this event is Reblan Mind Mizonokuchi Branch's "MUSISION's STUDIO (Musision Mizonokuchi 1F)", equipped with a soundproof booth where you can experience the actual soundproofing performance (D-70) of Musision.

You can confirm the sense of scale of the spacious floor plans exceeding 60m2 to over 80m2, as well as the independence and openness unique to terrace houses. Furthermore, you can view in detail through VR the comfortable space that supports musical activities and daily life, including a full-fledged soundproof room of 10.2 tatami mats that can accommodate two grand pianos.

VR Open House Held Simultaneously On-site and Online

On the day of the event, in addition to the on-site VR open house, we will simultaneously hold an online open house for prospective residents nationwide.

At the open house, we will introduce property features such as unit layouts and soundproof rooms using CG and VR, as well as provide information on the surrounding environment, access, and application schedule.

We will also set aside time for Q&A with participants, providing an opportunity to resolve any questions or concerns about the property before its completion on the spot.

Solving the "Cannot See" Problem Before Completion with VR

Unlike reinforced concrete apartments, wooden terrace properties are completed all at once, making it difficult to prepare model rooms or interior photos during the construction phase. This presents a challenge where the actual space cannot be confirmed until just before completion.

Consequently, prospective residents are often forced to make decisions in a short period from "completion -> open house -> application," making it difficult to secure sufficient time for consideration.

To address this, Musision conducts virtual open houses using CG and VR from the pre-completion stage. By releasing unit layouts and spatial images both on-site and online to prospective residents nationwide, and providing information along with rent and conditions, we are creating an environment where people can consider the property carefully from before completion.

After completion, we will hold an actual open house, allowing residents to make a final decision after confirming the actual property, thereby realizing a satisfactory home selection.

This initiative was also well-received at the VR open house for "Musision Terrace Pastoral Musashi-Nakahara," and will be held simultaneously on-site and online for "Musision Terrace Musashi-Kosugi."
