The Takarazuka Revue Snow Troupe will live-stream the final performance of the Gothic musical 'Po no Ichizoku' at the Takarazuka Grand Theater (Hyogo Prefecture) on Sunday, August 23, 2026, to theaters across the country.

'Po no Ichizoku' is a masterpiece by Mochizuki Mochitsuki that continues to captivate readers across generations and eras, over 50 years after the original manga was published.

Shuichi Koike, who joined the Takarazuka Revue with the dream of musicalizing this work, nurtured it for many years and finally achieved his goal with the Hana Troupe's stage production in 2018, which was highly acclaimed as a musical that skillfully expressed the profound world of the manga. Due to its high level of completion, it was said that a re-performance would be impossible without suitable actors, but this work has been realized through the encounter of the mysteriously enchanting Asami Asami and the immortal Edgar.
