Tokyu Livable, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Shunichi Kobayashi) announces that it will open a real estate sales brokerage branch, the 'Noborito Center' (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Business operations will commence on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

The new branch will be located on the 3rd floor of the 'Hamaya Building', newly constructed in September 2024, along 'Noborito Route 2', a new main street completed in 2023.
