Notice Regarding the Establishment of a Tokyo Headquarters by the Comprehensive Real Estate Group, List Group (Dual Headquarters System)

Comprehensive real estate company List Co., Ltd. (President: Hisashi Kitami; Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) and List International Realty Co., Ltd. (President: Hisashi Kitami; Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) hereby announce that they have decided to rename their 'Tokyo Office' to 'Tokyo Headquarters' effective April 1, 2026, and adopt a dual headquarters system alongside the current headquarters.

Note that the registered head office location will remain in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and we will build an operational structure that leverages the functions of both locations.

Background of the Tokyo Headquarters Establishment Since establishing a base in Tokyo in 2015, our company has used Tokyo as a starting point to expand transactions nationwide and overseas, while also transferring some headquarters functions—such as public relations, marketing, and IT—to Tokyo. By renaming the 'Tokyo Office' to 'Tokyo Headquarters' and adopting a dual headquarters system, we aim to further advance our public relations and marketing functions, and promote the resulting business expansion and strengthening of our recruitment capabilities.

Future Structure We will establish a structure where both the headquarters and the Tokyo headquarters possess headquarters functions, and we will promote more agile and strategic business operations while leveraging the respective strengths of each location.
