LISH Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Kazufumi Yoshida; hereinafter "the company") announces the launch of a new curriculum for its career support service 'preworks (Preworks)' starting June 15, 2026. Previously, preworks functioned as a 'learning space' while URAKATA (UraKata) served as a 'working space.' With the new curriculum, learners can now engage in real client projects from the company’s online assistant service URAKATA during their studies, enabling 'pre-employment' opportunities.

Background: The Reality Facing Those Seeking Remote Work — Moving Beyond Classroom Learning

While the number of individuals seeking remote work — including housewives, those on maternity leave, and people living in rural areas — continues to grow, most training programs remain focused on theoretical learning. As a result, many graduates still lack the practical skills to perform real tasks or understand how to secure client work.

The company’s URAKATA service has received over 1,000 applications to date, but the acceptance rate is only about 10%, with most rejections due to insufficient skills or practical experience. To address this structural challenge, the company launched an online secretary course in January 2026 and officially launched preworks in April 2026. The program features a practical, job-ready curriculum and mentorship from active working mothers, aiming to train individuals to independently manage real projects within two months. The new curriculum represents the next step: enabling simultaneous learning and earning.

Three Key Features of the New Curriculum

Pre-Employment During Training

Learners can earn income while studying. From the start of their course, participants can work on real client projects from over 130 companies registered with URAKATA. Unit prices can be increased based on skill development. The program moves beyond simply paying tuition by creating a system where learning generates income.

Job-Ready Curriculum to Develop 'Immediately Employable' Talent

Through 36 video lectures and over 20 practical assignments, learners acquire hard skills in back-office operations (accounting, HR, sales administration, customer support, etc.) as well as soft skills such as client communication, delivery, and rate negotiation. Assignments are submitted in a 'delivery simulation' format, allowing learners to experience a real-work environment from day one.

Continued Employment via URAKATA After Completion

Graduates who pass URAKATA’s interview can continue working on client projects. This is a key differentiator from typical schools that require students to find their own work after graduation. With URAKATA’s proven track record since its July 2024 launch — 206 active workers (as of May 2026) and a 90.2% retention rate (※) — the platform serves as a reliable employment pathway for graduates.

Future Plans

The company will continue strengthening its integrated model of 'training → employment → sustained work' by connecting preworks trainees directly to URAKATA as active workers. By the end of 2026, the company aims to publish data on the number of income earners through pre-employment and the average monthly income of trainees, establishing a transparent career path for those pursuing remote work.

<CEO Kazufumi Yoshida’s Comment>

“By strengthening the integration between preworks and URAKATA, we’ve created a system where learners can turn their 'study time' into 'earning time.' Many people want to work from home but hesitate due to lack of skills or confidence. We believe it’s our next mission to change the reality where 90% of over 1,000 URAKATA applicants have been rejected. By simultaneously building learning and practical experience, we aim to create a cycle where trainees gain confidence and income, and thrive as URAKATA workers — a vision we will implement across LISH as a whole.”
