Toyokawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Lirem Co., Ltd., and Z2A LLC Collaborate to Host a Seminar Accelerating "Generative AI Utilization" and "New Business Creation" for Local Companies

The Toyokawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (located in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture), in co-sponsorship with Lirem Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director: Ryusuke Yabuuchi), a student-founded startup, and Z2A LLC (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative: Hiroyuki Ohno), held the "Generative AI Utilization Seminar: ChatGPT x New Project Creation" on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

This seminar was held to respond to the growing interest in "generative AI utilization" among businesses in Toyokawa City and to enlighten and practice the necessity of "new business ventures" to adapt to environmental changes such as labor shortages.

▍Background and Purpose of the Event

In recent years, the sense of urgency regarding labor shortages and the need for operational efficiency has been growing in Toyokawa City, with many businesses turning their attention to "generative AI" as a solution. However, there were many voices saying, 'I'm interested, but I don't know how to use it specifically' or 'I want to start a new business, but I'm not sure where to begin.' Therefore, the Toyokawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is responsible for revitalizing the local economy, organized this event, co-sponsored by Lirem Co., Ltd. and Z2A LLC, both possessing the digital native perspective of Generation Z. This collaboration aimed to provide a practical platform where participants could experience everything from "mastering the tools" to "creating business ideas" in a seamless manner.

▍Seminar Day Report

On the day of the seminar, managers and representatives from various industries supporting Toyokawa City's economy, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, financial institutions, and service industries, participated.

1. Fundamentals of Generative AI and Business Efficiency (Presenter: Keigo Murakami, Z2A LLC)

   In the first half of the session, specific methods for improving business efficiency using generative AI such as ChatGPT were explained. The lecture focused on "AI utilization for compensating internal resource shortages," teaching beginners the basics of prompts (instructional sentences) that they can use starting tomorrow.

2. New Project Creation Workshop (Presenter: Ryusuke Yabuuchi, Lirem Co., Ltd.)

   In the latter half, a workshop was conducted, posing the question 'Why are new projects needed now?' and allowing participants to conceptualize new business ideas combining their company's strengths with AI. Participants engaged in discussions in teams and individually, working on creating added value through AI that goes beyond mere efficiency.

In the post-seminar questionnaire, many participants cited "consideration of new business ventures" as a motivation, not just "business efficiency," indicating the high awareness of the attendees.
