Lion Corporation (Representative Director and President Executive Officer: Yukiyuki Takemori) and Okinawa Prefecture (Governor: Denny Tamaki) concluded a 'Partnership Agreement between Okinawa Prefecture and Lion Corporation Regarding Diverse Children's Experiences' on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This agreement aims to create a 'child-centered society' by co-creating experiences that foster children's 'improvement of living skills' and 'better habits.'

Aim of the Partnership Agreement This agreement aims to improve children's living skills by creating diverse experiential opportunities, fostering learning and environmentally conscious behavior as ingrained daily habits, through close mutual cooperation and collaborative activities between Okinawa Prefecture and Lion Corporation, utilizing our company's knowledge and resources regarding health promotion and environmental conservation.

Our company has, until now, promoted 'creating better habits' that contribute to a sustainable society, including dental hygiene, personal cleanliness, and eco-friendly actions, through various venues such as children's cafeterias and certified childcare centers, including the 'Okuchi Karada Project' (Mouth and Body Project).

By concluding this agreement, it becomes possible to expand activities to the entire prefecture, not just individual municipalities, allowing more children to benefit from the individual activities previously conducted in each region. Towards the realization of Okinawa Prefecture's 'child-centered society,' we will strongly accelerate initiatives to expand experiential opportunities for children in Okinawa Prefecture to learn about health, environment, and careers, and to foster their 'improvement of living skills' and 'better habits.'

Main Contents of the Partnership Based on this agreement, our company and Okinawa Prefecture will promote the creation of diverse experiential opportunities in the following areas of cooperation:

(1) Experiences related to health promotion (2) Experiences related to environmental issues (learning about environmental problems) (3) Experiences related to careers (workplaces)

Our group will continue its activities for the healthy future of children through co-creation with various partners, including local governments.
