This service addresses unique challenges in the construction industry, such as unpredictable schedules, frequent driver changes, and numerous operational bases. It allows recording by simply scanning a QR code with a smartphone, without requiring app installation, registration, or login. The service will be free for the first year, until March 2027. The background for this launch is the revised Logistics Efficiency Act, which mandates "periodic reports" and "mid-to-long-term plan creation" for "specified businesses" (shippers handling over 90,000 tons of cargo annually or transport operators with over 150 vehicles). To fulfill these reporting requirements, measuring waiting and cargo handling times is essential. The construction industry faces specific difficulties: delivery schedules are often decided last minute and subject to frequent changes or cancellations. Drivers are often external contractors, varying each time, making app registration or login impractical for all. Additionally, high monthly fees per location for systems make company-wide adoption difficult for rental companies with many branches and construction companies with numerous sites. "Rentals Waiting Time Record" was developed to solve these unique challenges in the construction industry, providing an easy-to-implement and operate waiting time recording service. Key features include: 1. Zero burden on site: Just point the camera. No app installation, account registration, or login required. QR code scanning automatically inputs spot information. Vehicle information only needs to be entered once. 2.
