Linktys Holdings Acquires Scorenet Co., Ltd. and Announces Board Changes

Linktys Holdings Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Scorenet Co., Ltd. on April 13, 2026, integrating it into its group. On the same date, Mari Maniayan assumed the role of Representative Director of Scorenet. Takuhiro Nomura, the founder, will continue to be involved in management as an advisor. Scorenet, founded by Takuhiro Nomura in 1996 and based in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, has operated in the golf sector for 30 years. Its core businesses include the 'Golf Desk Business (BPO)' for arranging prestigious golf courses nationwide for credit card members, executives, and high-net-worth individuals, and corporate golf event planning and management, notably the 'All Japan Corporate Golf Tournament.' Linktys Holdings, established on September 20, 2022, and located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, aims to support Scorenet's expertise and partnerships to contribute to executive networking and industry development through golf. The new board of Scorenet includes Mari Maniayan as Representative Director, Kento Ueno (Linktys Holdings Director CRO / Forbes JAPAN Publisher) as Director, and Koji Ota (Linktys Holdings Executive Officer CFO) as Director.
