"Sky Matcha®" - The ultimate flavor nurtured by rich nature The "Sky Matcha®" used by Lindt & Sprüngli Japan Co., Ltd. is made from tea leaves cultivated in tea gardens in the mountainous regions of Shizuoka Prefecture. "Sky Matcha® No. 90" uses the first flush of the "Okumidori" variety grown in the Okabe district of Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is a special matcha exclusively for Lindt, with a rich aroma, umami, and strong sweetness. "Sky Matcha® No. 65," used in baked goods, etc., is a matcha made from tea leaves also grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. The tea leaves, carefully cultivated by tea farmers in the rich natural environment, are characterized by their rich flavor and well-balanced bitterness.
