The Freelance Act (Act on the Proper Transaction and Other Matters Related to Specified Consigned Business Operators), enacted in 2024, requires companies to clearly state transaction conditions and ensure fair payment, fostering a trend that places even greater importance on transparency and fairness in transactions with freelancers. This legal framework not only demands rule compliance but also poses a fundamental question: what kind of relationship should companies build with freelancers?

Redefining Relationships with the 'Partner First' Declaration

In light of these trends, LiKG believes it is necessary to evolve the relationship with freelancers beyond the traditional outsourcing framework and has adopted the 'Partner First' philosophy.
