Liquor Mountain Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kyoto), which operates a chain of liquor specialty stores across 204 locations nationwide, held a 'Johnnie Walker Brand Seminar' at the LM Lounge of its Kyoto headquarters on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

We regularly hold internal seminars to foster 'alcohol professionals' capable of proposing the perfect drink to our customers, by deeply learning the history of world-renowned brands and the passion of their creators.

Seminar Overview

In this seminar, we welcomed Brand Ambassador Ayato Benzé Kaneko, deepening our understanding of the history of 'Johnnie Walker,' which has continued its journey as the world's No. 1 Scotch whisky, and its profound blending techniques. In the latter half of the seminar, we learned about the individuality of each expression, including the iconic 'Red Label' and 'Black Label,' as well as the new product 'Johnnie Walker Blonde,' through actual tasting. As professionals in liquor sales, we were able to re-examine the appeal of the long-loved classic lineup and learn new ways to enjoy whisky proposed by the new product 'Johnnie Walker Blonde.'

Summary

We will continue to conduct specialized training to convey the value of our products more deeply and enhance our expertise by constantly updating our knowledge of new products.
