Kansai's Largest Whisky Tasting Event '2026 Likaman Whisky Messe in KYOTO' to be Held on Saturday, August 22, 2026

Liquor Mountain Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto City), which operates a chain of 204 liquor specialty stores nationwide, will hold "2026 Likaman Whisky Messe in KYOTO," Kansai's largest whisky tasting event, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Miyakomesse 3F "Third Exhibition Hall."

On the day of the event, importers and producers of whisky and spirits from Japan and abroad will gather, with over 100 booths in one place. The venue will feature various activities, including free tastings, paid tastings of rare whiskies, event-exclusive whiskies, a charity auction, and whisky seminars.

VIP Area

The highly popular VIP area from last year returns with further enhancements. Customers who purchase VIP tickets can enjoy not only the lineup of general booths but also tastings of hard-to-find whiskies in a dedicated lounge within the venue. Additionally, a "Suntory Yamazaki bottle (700ml)" will be presented as a special gift.

*Provision of rare whisky is limited to one glass (10ml) per person.

Purchasing a ticket automatically enters you into the lottery. No separate application is required.

・Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted by email in the month following each draw month.

・Customers who purchase the "1+2 Part All-Day Ticket" will have their winning probability doubled.

*An advantageous advance all-day ticket (Parts 1+2) is available for 8,000 yen.

*All prices include tax.

*If advance tickets reach capacity, same-day tickets may not be sold.

VIP Admission Ticket: Advance 33,000 yen (limited to 60 people per session)

*VIP admission tickets are priced per session. All-day tickets and same-day tickets are not available.

*VIP admission tickets will be sold on the Likaman Online Shop. Some Liquor Mountain stores also handle them, so please ask a staff member.
