Seiya Hashizume, Data & AI Promotion Department Profile

Participated in Lifenet Insurance as a joint researcher and part-time employee since his university undergraduate days. Majored in machine learning and joined the company as a new graduate in 2021 after completing his master's program. Currently belongs to the Data & AI Promotion Department.

In addition to the in-house development of generative AI (LLM) tools from scratch, he is also involved in AI-powered marketing activities and the in-house production of web advertisements. He is a driving force behind the promotion of AI utilization within the company, leading company-wide AI literacy improvement through initiatives such as holding internal study sessions, planning events like the "AI Tanka Contest," and establishing internal guidelines for generative AI, significantly contributing to a 100% employee generative AI adoption rate4.
