Notice Regarding Business Acquisition in the Golf Sector

At the Board of Directors meeting held on December 16, 2025, our company resolved to acquire the entire business of the Golf Partner Links Akashi Okubo store (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Business") in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and to operate it as the new Golf Partner The Links Golf Club Akashi Okubo store. We have executed this business transfer today and hereby notify you as follows.

1. Purpose of Business Acquisition
Since our founding in 1963, we have developed retail service businesses centered on gas stations, golf practice ranges, and fitness clubs in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In the golf business, we have been actively strengthening our operations, including opening Iwatsuki Family Golf in Saitama City in 1973, Yokohama Asahi Family Golf in Yokohama City in 2008, and Sportopia in Soka City in 2020. In 2023, we acquired Kazo Inter Golf Garden (now Kazo Family Golf) through a business transfer, and in 2025, we acquired all shares of Homer Sports Kogyo Co., Ltd., which operates The Links Golf Club, to expand our business into the Kansai area.

Since the Target Business operates a Golf Partner store within The Links Golf Club, which is managed by our group, acquiring this business allows us to operate the golf practice range and the Golf Partner store as a single entity. By doing so, we anticipate synergy effects such as mutual customer referrals, sharing of various assets including personnel exchanges, and unification of operations.

Our group plans to continue expanding our business area by conducting further M&A and opening new stores in the Kansai and Western Japan areas.
