What is "AREBA! Hiraya P-System"?
This is a unit-combination type planned housing system that utilizes an original system jointly developed by our company and Fine Co., Ltd., allowing sales representatives to create floor plans, generate CG, and issue quotations all at once on the spot. While maintaining the ease of traditional planned housing, it enables quick and optimal plan proposals to customers tailored to their specific land conditions.
1. Floor Plan Creation
By combining units (individual rooms), it is possible to propose plans that flexibly respond to various customer requests and site conditions. Customers can choose one of two creation methods to design their floor plan.
- Model Plan Arrangement: Select a plan from 96 rich model plans ranging from 1LDK to 5LDK, and customize units as needed to create the floor plan.
- Base Unit Arrangement: Combine individual units (individual rooms) to create a floor plan from scratch. This allows for more detailed and customized floor plans.
2. Exterior and Interior CG Selection
Based on the created floor plan, exterior CG is instantly generated. Customers can select exterior and interior CG that matches their image from "Natural," "Japanese Modern," "Chic," and "Luxury."
*Interior CG is for sharing color image concepts and is a reference image not linked to the floor plan.
3. Option Selection
The "CLT Hybrid Construction Method" can be selected as an option. This method, developed by our company, boasts high seismic resistance that can withstand 70 consecutive repeated earthquakes of magnitudes 5 to 7, further improving seismic performance.

The base price and standard equipment are automatically calculated, and a "Simulation Result Quotation" is issued on the spot.
