[Life Design Kabaya] Grand Opening of a Housing Exhibition Hall and Experiential Showroom in Saeki Ward, Hiroshima City

Life Design Kabaya Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Kentaro Kubota / Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture) grand opened the housing exhibition hall "Hiroshima Nishi Exhibition Hall," built with the original "CLT Hybrid Construction" used for the detached housing product "CLT MASTERS," and the experiential living showroom "Structure Lab." on the same premises in Minaga, Saeki-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, on Saturday, March 14.

On the day of the grand opening, an opening ceremony was held, and a ribbon-cutting took place. Seven sales staff members have been assigned to the Hiroshima Nishi Exhibition Hall, aiming to receive orders for 36 houses within one year from the opening.

At this exhibition hall, customers considering a home can experience not only the appeal of the completed living spaces but also the structure and performance of the house. By opening a housing exhibition hall where customers can concretely envision their lifestyle, and a showroom where they can learn while experiencing the "unseen parts" of the house on the same site, we have realized an environment where customers can understand homes more multi-dimensionally.

Hiroshima Nishi Exhibition Hall This is a housing exhibition hall built with the original "CLT Hybrid Construction" adopted for our detached housing product "CLT MASTERS". This construction method realizes an open living-dining-kitchen area where families naturally gather. On the other hand, by placing detailed spaces such as utility rooms, studies, and closets throughout, it is designed to achieve both a sense of openness and ease of living.

Furthermore, for the kitchen and washroom areas in this exhibition hall, we have adopted products from our private brand "CRAFT plus". Combining design and practicality, it is a space designed considering not only visual beauty but also the ease of daily living.
