This marks Handscraft's first entry into Shimane Prefecture, with the grand opening scheduled for Sunday, April 19.

Handscraft, which began recruiting franchise members nationwide in May 2025, has now realized its first store opening in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture.

Since the opening of its Tobata store in 2012, Handscraft has expanded its stores mainly in Western Japan, leveraging its specialization in tool and home appliance reuse. In Shimane Prefecture, which was a blank slate for specialized tool reuse shops, we will provide a wide range of buying and selling services for items such as power tools, engine tools, agricultural machinery, and electrical materials, catering to both professional craftsmen and general customers.

Our company currently operates 23 locations, including Handscraft, the general reuse store "EcoPlus" specializing in branded goods and precious metals, and the handyman service "Hands Life Support." We are listed on the Pro-Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Fukuoka Stock Exchange, and have achieved rapid growth in recent years.

Last September, we were announced as a "10 Billion Yen Declaration" company promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency. Representative Director Shu Aritomi stated his outlook: "Towards achieving the 2035 goal, we will expand our business through both direct store openings and franchise development of tool buyback reuse specialty stores."

This FC expansion aims to share a successful model with regional businesses, based on 20 years of accumulated know-how and training systems cultivated through the operation of 17 directly managed stores. We aim to establish the "Handscraft" brand as synonymous with tool reuse nationwide and enhance corporate value along with the development of our FC加盟店 (franchise partners).

Moving forward, we will actively promote FC expansion with the goal of establishing a nationwide network of 200 stores by 2035.
