We bring you a “business trip fishing port” experience where you can choose, grill, and enjoy seafood directly from the fishing port on the spot, as if the fishing port market has come to town.
The lineup includes naturally caught tuna from Misaki, domestic shell oysters, and live sea urchins in shells, all carefully selected by professionals in each field.
The event name “Umaka Ichiba” is derived from the initials of the main ingredients: “uni” (sea urchin), “maguro” (tuna), and “kaki” (oyster).
The name embodies the desire for customers to enjoy the boldness unique to beach grilling and the lively atmosphere of a market, centered around these three representative blessings of the sea.
The characteristic is the experiential style of “choose like at a market and grill on the spot.”
After selecting products at the entrance, paying at the register, you can enjoy self-service beach grilling at your table, allowing you to casually enjoy seafood BBQ.
The venue is decorated with flags of a big catch and streamers to create a space that evokes the bustling atmosphere of a market.
We provide a dining experience with a sense of presence as if you are visiting a fishing port market.
Furthermore, as an opening event, we are planning a show of grilled tuna head (kabuto) from Misaki.
