Launch of the '100+ Character Project' To realize this dream, where 100 unique personalities serve as role models for the future of work, we have launched the '100+ Character Project.' These characters are not just mascots; they embody the idea that 'this way of working is also acceptable.' They represent values like not needing to be perfect, not forcing yourself, and working at your own pace.

Three Futures Depicted by the Characters 1. Diversity: Making diverse work styles that are not bound by place, time, or environment the norm. 2. Sustainability: Moving towards sustainable and comfortable work styles rather than forced growth. 3. Well-being: Realizing a new organizational culture where being 'happy' is valued.

Introducing Some of the 'Happy Friends' - Lala Rabbit: A gentle rabbit who absorbs the atmosphere. Represents the idea that 'happiness is a culture of the place, not an individual state.' - Dattan: A call center worker who quietly protects the Earth. Focuses on GX (Green Transformation) and sustainable work. - Torasan: A sales employee who looks scary but is very considerate. Symbolizes those who work hard even while being misunderstood.

Future Developments We plan to release original merchandise, including stickers, apparel (T-shirts, hoodies), and office supplies, to further spread empathy through our characters.
