Lenovo Announces High-End Workstation "ThinkStation P5 Gen 2" Equipped with Up to 48-Core Xeon 600 and Blackwell Generation GPU

This product is equipped with the latest Intel® Xeon® 600 series processors, allowing it to easily handle advanced and complex workloads such as analysis, simulation, and AI processing. New Generation Design for Overwhelming Computing Power and Graphics Performance The "ThinkStation P5 Gen 2" can be equipped with the latest Intel® Xeon® 600 series processors, supporting up to 48 cores/96 threads. For graphics, it can accommodate up to two NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q GPUs, delivering overwhelming performance for 3D CAD, rendering, video production, and future advanced GPU workloads. Memory can be expanded up to 1TB (DDR5-6400 RDIMM ECC), and it supports high-speed storage compatible with PCIe Gen5 Performance. The iconic 33L chassis design features an advanced thermal architecture, ensuring stable operation even under heavy loads, and allows for easy tool-less upgrades.

Flexible Expandability and Reliability to Meet Professional Demands Inside the chassis, a storage configuration of up to 3 x 3.5-inch HDDs and 8 x M.2 SSDs, for a total of 11 slots, can be selected, supporting large-capacity data management. The expansion slots include 2 x PCIe 5.0 x16, 1 x PCIe 5.0 x8, and 3 x PCIe 4.0 x4 slots, allowing for the addition of various expansion cards.

The interface includes USB 20Gbps (Type-C 3.2 Gen 2x2), USB 10Gbps (Type-C/Type-A), and 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports. It also features Discrete TPM 2.0, providing robust protection essential for enterprise use.
