In 2022, he acquired a recruitment business and now develops a specialized HR business for the IP field. He is well-versed in industry trends and corporate needs, with a strong suit in understanding the structure of the IP talent market. In recent years, he has given numerous talks on IP practice and human resource development themed around generative AI, sharing insights on "Changes in IP Practice in the AI Era" and "The Market Value of IP Talent" from both practical and market perspectives.
