- **Mr. Mutsumi Kamiike** (CEO, Chizai-juku Inc. / Patent & Trademark Team, Product Strategy Office, Cybozu, Inc. / CRO, Smart-IP Inc.)
After completing his studies at the Tokyo University of Science Graduate School of Innovation Studies (Professional Graduate School), majoring in Intellectual Property Strategy, he joined Cybozu, Inc. in 2015. He became the CEO of Chizai-juku Inc. in 2021. Based on his practical experience in IP, he engages in the training and career support of IP talent. In 2022, he acquired a recruitment business and now develops a specialized HR business for the IP field. He is well-versed in industry trends and corporate needs, with a strong suit in understanding the structure of the IP talent market. In recent years, he has given numerous talks on IP practice and human resource development themed around generative AI, sharing insights on "Changes in IP Practice in the AI Era" and "The Market Value of IP Talent" from both practical and market perspectives. He is also involved in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Career Up Support Project Through Reskilling" and the mentoring program of the Intellectual Property Education Association, working to establish a foundation for IP talent development.

After graduating from Rikkyo University's Graduate School of Law and Politics in 2018, he joined LegalTech Inc.
