This feature is available in both Microsoft Word (browser version/desktop version) and streamlines the entire contract drafting process.

## ■ Development Background
In traditional legal operations, creating a new contract required spending a lot of time selecting an appropriate template and transcribing basic information such as business partner details, amounts, and periods. In addition, there were challenges in both efficiency and governance, such as rework caused by missing information, selecting the wrong template, and legal risks arising from the use of outdated templates.

To solve these challenges, LegalOn Technologies has expanded the capabilities of the 'LegalOn Assistant'. This feature is characterized by the 'LegalOn Assistant' autonomously executing the multiple processes required for contract drafting. While its role was previously centered on responding to questions from users, the implementation of this feature has evolved it into an agent that proactively drives the contract drafting process.

### 1. Identify the optimal template just by conveying the background of the case
When the user inputs conditions such as the purpose and background of the transaction, or terms favorable to their company, it searches and proposes the optimal template from the company's own templates or LegalOn templates based on that information. It also supports creation based on files on hand (.docx / .pdf).

### 2. Automate tedious 'transcription' and 'creating a structure draft'
After finalizing the template, it presents a 'Drafting Plan' according to the contract details. Subsequently, the AI automatically reflects basic information such as the business partner's name, contract period, and amount into the appropriate sections within the contract. Furthermore, it complements necessary information through dialogue with the user and generates the first draft of the contract.
