## 1. Background of Implementation: Why is Entrepreneurship Education Necessary for Children Now?

Entrepreneurship is the spirit of taking action beyond boundaries and creating new value. In today's rapidly changing world with technological innovation and societal shifts, this spirit is essential not only for entrepreneurs but for all children who will live in the future. Our organization provides practical learning to educational settings nationwide.

## 2. Lecture Achievements at Elementary and Junior High Schools Nationwide (FY2025 Highlights)

We conducted interactive lectures and workshops, utilizing both online and in-person formats, tailored to the needs of schools and regional issues across Japan.

### ① Niigata City Kurosaki Minami Elementary School (July 10 / Online)

Targeting 6th graders, we delivered a lecture on the importance of challenge spirit and trial-and-error, rooted in regional learning, using local specialties like "Kurosaki Chamame" as themes.

### ② Ishikawa Prefecture, Anamizu-cho Koyo Elementary School (July 18 / Online)

Targeting 5th and 6th graders, we conducted workshops and discussions on thinking methods for giving shape to exciting ideas, with the theme of revitalizing the town after the disaster.

### ③ Saitama City Misono Junior High School (September 8 / Online)

Targeting 130 3rd graders, we provided practical advice on generating business ideas for product development and sales activities aimed at contributing to the local community.

### ④ Nagoya City Ueda Junior High School (September 18 / In-person, Gymnasium)

Targeting 281 3rd graders, as part of the inquiry-based learning "Smile Project," we delivered a lecture conveying the driving force to examine local social issues from a management perspective and take action.

### ⑤ Nagasaki Prefecture, Shinkamigoto-cho Arikawa Junior High School (September 22 / Online)

Targeting 79 students from 1st to 3rd grade, we supported inquiry-based learning activities for problem-solving, incorporating examples related to the students' familiar "sea."

### ⑥ Tokyo, Edogawa Ward Shinhori Elementary School (February 24 / In-person)

Targeting 52 5th graders, as part of career education, we delivered a lecture on the spirit of challenge learned from entrepreneurs and ways of perceiving and thinking about things. We incorporated workshops to provide practical content that allowed children to feel the connection between what they are learning now and their future.

## 3. The 'Let's Become Entrepreneurs!' Method at the Core of the Lecture Program

We extract the essence of the "Let's Become Entrepreneurs!" program, offered at Kindery International, an entrepreneurship development school operated by our organization, and convey the following six important elements to children:

Founder of Kindery International / MEXT Ambassador for Entrepreneurship Promotion

Holds a wide range of professional qualifications in business, education, and career support, including an MBA (Globis University, Master of Business Administration), National Certified Career Consultant, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Also serves as an advisor for the Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education's Entrepreneurship Development Project and a mentor for the Tokyo Women's Venture Growth Promotion Project.

Authored "Parent-Child Entrepreneurship Education from Age 10," and is dedicated to developing and providing practical value creation programs tailored to the developmental stages of children from elementary to high school.
