The Company has been strengthening its recruitment activities in line with business expansion and has been supporting companies facing challenges such as a lack of dedicated marketing and recruitment personnel. With this renovation, the Company aims to further enhance its recruitment capabilities in the Aichi area and accelerate the growth support for local companies.

Background and Purpose of the Renovation

This renovation is not just a simple office expansion but a strategic investment aimed at strengthening recruitment capabilities and business expansion in the Aichi area. By doubling the number of seats, the Company aims to respond to future organizational expansion and strengthen the collaboration between various departments such as sales, production, and recruitment support, thereby building a system to support the resolution of issues for more local companies.

In addition, the Company is promoting the strengthening of ties with local companies through business matching with banks in the Aichi area and is also responding to the increase in business opportunities accompanying the expansion of contact points with companies in Aichi Prefecture. By utilizing the Nagoya branch office as a hub for regional collaboration, the Company aims to further strengthen the support system in the Tokai area.

Furthermore, the Nagoya branch office is located in the central part of Aichi Prefecture, making it an easily accessible location for students and experienced professionals from the Gifu and Aichi areas. Strengthening regional recruitment is also one of the important purposes. The Company is focusing on strengthening the recruitment of student interns in the Nagoya area as part of its efforts to strengthen recruitment activities in line with business expansion. About the Nagoya Branch Office

The Nagoya branch office was established in 2018 as the second base following the Gifu headquarters, marking the fifth year since the company's inception. The Company has been promoting the expansion of bases primarily aimed at strengthening the recruitment of experienced personnel and the acquisition of human resources in the Aichi area, while carrying out consulting and production functions and promoting business expansion in the Tokai area.

Currently, the Nagoya branch office is staffed by consultants, DX engineers, designers, and other diverse professions, primarily engaged in website creation and recruitment support. In this renovation, the number of seats has been doubled compared to the previous count, and a layout that makes it easier for each profession to collaborate has been realized. While promoting the efficiency of operations through the utilization of AI tools, the Company has also improved the environment to make it easier for companies and job seekers in the Aichi area to visit.

In addition, in July 2026, the Company will open the "Gifu Station Front Office" as the third base. While aiming for the future establishment of new businesses, the Company is also developing this as a strategic base for strengthening the acquisition of human resources. The Gifu Station Front Office is located approximately a 5-minute walk from JR Gifu Station and is easily accessible, with a 20-minute ride on a rapid train from Nagoya Station to Gifu Station. Taking advantage of the easy commuting environment not only within Gifu Prefecture but also from the Nagoya area, the Company aims to connect with the acquisition of human resources across the Gifu and Aichi areas.

In the future, the Company will further strengthen its recruitment capabilities and support systems through the collaboration of the three bases: the Gifu headquarters, the Nagoya branch office, and the Gifu Station Front Office, and will promote business expansion in the Tokai area.
