How to Identify 'Social Barriers' in the Workplace and Support for Employee Retention" on June 22.

※IncluTech is a coined term proposed by our company, meaning technology that realizes inclusion of diversity at a time when interest in SDGs is growing.

Social Barriers by Disability Type and Their Solutions

This seminar will be based on the social model concept, which holds that 'disability' is not something inherent to the individual, but rather exists in society, creating difficulties in daily life. We will explain what kinds of social barriers actually exist in the workplace, categorized by disability type.

Removing social barriers caused by disabilities also contributes to improving the productivity of non-disabled employees.

Let's deepen our understanding of social barriers in the workplace that not only promote the retention of employees with disabilities but also enhance the overall productivity of the organization.
