Osaka Prefecture × Lean on Me: Video Content Released to Convey the Appeal of Disability Welfare Work Under the Theme "Disability Welfare Work is Creative"

Lean on Me Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Shunsuke Shimura; hereinafter "Lean on Me"), which develops e-learning programs such as "Special Learning" to deepen understanding of disabilities and aims to build a "social infrastructure" for realizing an inclusive society, announced that video content produced for the "Disability Welfare Field Information Dissemination Project" promoted by Osaka Prefecture was released on March 26, 2026.

This video was produced with the aim of conveying the real aspects of people working in the disability welfare field and the appeal of their work.

■ Background

In the disability welfare sector, while there is a demand for improving the quality of support, securing human resources remains a continuous challenge.

In particular, for disability welfare work, images such as "it seems difficult" and "it seems highly specialized and challenging" tend to precede, and the actual rewards and appeal are not sufficiently conveyed.

In light of these challenges, Osaka Prefecture is promoting the "Disability Welfare Field Information Dissemination Project" to widely disseminate the appeal of working in the disability welfare field.

This project is an initiative promoted by Osaka Prefecture to secure human resources in the disability welfare sector, and Lean on Me was responsible for the planning and production of the videos.

Under the concept of "Disability Welfare Work is Creative," video content has been produced to convey the diverse forms of support and ingenuity in the field.
