LeaguE Inc. will co-host an online seminar titled “Why Good Products Don’t Sell: The Sales Mechanism Used by E-Commerce Companies with 100 Million Yen in Annual Revenue” together with Macroji Inc., Nint Inc., and PLAN-B Inc. The seminar will be held from 14:00 on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Aimed at e-commerce businesses that are confident in their products but are struggling to grow sales, the seminar will explain the structural reasons why sales fail to increase and how to design mechanisms that generate sales. The program will cover four practical perspectives: exclusive distribution of overseas brands, use of social media and influencers, e-commerce marketplace data analysis, and optimization of Meta advertising AI. The seminar addresses common issues such as increasing advertising spend without results, attracting traffic that does not convert into purchases, and generating purchases that do not lead to repeat customers. An increasing number of e-commerce operators are reviewing individual measures one by one but still failing to achieve fundamental improvement. This webinar will examine sales stagnation not merely as a product or traffic acquisition problem, but from the broader sales structure including traffic acquisition, CVR, and LTV. Specialists from the four companies will provide perspectives and concrete tactics for rethinking sales mechanisms structurally rather than addressing isolated symptoms. Part 1, presented by LeaguE Inc. from 14:05 to 14:30, will explain the overseas brand master agency business model, which involves acquiring exclusive sales rights for proven overseas brands. The session will share examples of how to start small without upfront purchasing capital while reducing inventory risk, and how to use crowdfunding to generate significant sales from the first month. Part 2, presented by Macroji Inc. from 14:30 to 14:55, will address the issue of gaining followers without increasing sales. It will explain how to redesign fragmented initiatives into a sales-generating customer journey and introduce concrete cases of increasing sales through social media without relying on marketplace advertising. Part 3, presented by Nint Inc. from 14:55 to 15:20, will use data from Japan’s three major e-commerce marketplaces to break down the difference between shops that sell and those that do not from the perspective of sales structure. It will also provide a checklist for prioritizing improvements based on data rather than intuition. Part 4, presented by PLAN-B Inc. from 15:20 to 15:45, will explain how to recover from failures in Meta’s powerful advertising automation features, based on actual cases where large volumes of wasteful conversions occurred. The session will teach how to use advertising AI correctly to maximize results without leaving everything to AI. The seminar is recommended for people who cannot clearly explain why their products do not sell despite confidence in them, those who are unsure what measures to take after ad spend fails to produce expected results, those who can attract traffic but face issues with CVR or repeat purchases, those who want to review their overall e-commerce design rather than merely stacking partial optimizations, and those who want to understand and improve sales stagnation structurally rather than intuitively. Speakers include Daichi Nagayama, Executive Vice President of LeaguE Inc.; Kohei Akamatsu, Executive Vice President of Macroji Inc.; Masahiro Yamamoto, Data Analyst in the Marketing Division of Nint Inc.; and Ryuko Fukuda, Product Marketing Manager in the Business Development Department of PLAN-B Inc. The event will be held online via Zoom from 14:00 to 15:45 on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Participation is free. Attendees may enter or leave during the event, and limited benefits, including seminar materials, will be provided to participants and survey respondents.
