LeadingMark Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yuji Iida; hereinafter "LeadingMark"), which provides the HR business "Mikiname AI" through "Personality Tech," is pleased to announce the appointment of two new executive officers, effective July 1, 2026.

Takahiro Toya, who has led the IPO of multiple companies, and Kenichi Inoue, who has long led HR businesses at the Recruit Group, will assume the positions of executive officers.

With the participation of both individuals, we will promote the strengthening of our management foundation and the sophistication of our organizational and human resource strategies, thereby accelerating further business growth.

I would like to express my gratitude to the employees and shareholders who have placed their trust in me with this appointment as an executive officer.

Leveraging my experience in leading IPOs and management strategies for multiple companies, I will strengthen our company's management foundation and support overwhelming business growth. Under the mission of "Designing societal structures to fulfill the desire of people worldwide to realize themselves," I will dedicate myself with utmost effort to maximize corporate value by providing further value to society and our customers.

After graduating from the Graduate School of Kyoto University, I joined Accenture, where I engaged in consulting for business reforms and system implementation, primarily in accounting. In 2013, I joined AlphaPolis and achieved listing as the head of the IPO preparation office. After listing, I was responsible for IR and new business as the head of the corporate planning office. In 2018, I joined Premier Anti-Aging, where I achieved IPO as CFO and Head of Corporate Division. After listing, as a Director and Head of Corporate Planning, I led the planning and execution of management strategies. In April 2026, I joined our company.

Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1992. Held positions in the HR Department, startup support business, and as a business leader in the HR domain. From 2015, served concurrently as Executive Officer of Recruit Career and from 2019 as Executive Officer of Recruit Jobs, leading the growth of the company's HR business for many years. After leaving the company, in April 2021, I was appointed Vice President and Director of a human resources company. Leveraging my extensive experience in business and organizational management in the HR domain, I was appointed Executive Officer CHRO of LeadingMark Inc. in June 2026.
