Located just a 3-minute walk from Kushida Shrine, the guardian shrine of Hakata, and a 1-minute walk from Kushidajinja-mae Station on the Subway Nanakuma Line. The craft art hotel "TOUSUMI" is born at a location where the energy of Gion and the tranquility of its backstreets intersect.

The hotel's name originates from an old pronunciation of "tousumi," referring to the wick that was once at the center of daily life.
