LayerX Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & CEO: Yoshinori Fukushima; hereinafter "LayerX") announces a recruitment policy that enables compensation evaluations regardless of years of experience, even for new graduate hires, making it possible to realize offers exceeding 10 million yen from the time of joining.
At LayerX, a compensation system was introduced in October 2025 to reward employees for their high productivity achieved through the utilization of AI and other technologies. Moving forward, by further respecting the expertise and skills of each individual, including new graduate employees, LayerX will offer compensation commensurate with the added value they create.
Background and Purpose
LayerX currently operates multiple businesses, including the AI cloud "Bakuraku" for back-office operations, Fintech business, and the AI platform "Ai Workforce" for enterprises, and is expanding its business and organization.
In October 2025, a new compensation system based on performance and role-based reward principles was introduced to return the increased productivity achieved through active utilization of AI and other technologies to employees. This system aims to realize a fair and competitive compensation structure through up to a 10% expansion of the compensation pool and a new bonus system (up to 6 months' worth).
Furthermore, LayerX offers compensation commensurate with the skills and abilities of new graduate employees at the time of joining, creating an environment where individuals who generate high added value can receive fair compensation regardless of their years of experience.
As a result, based on the evaluation of job type, skills, and performance, offers exceeding an annual salary of 10 million yen are presented to new graduate employees. LayerX will continue to provide an environment and compensation where talented individuals can truly demonstrate their abilities.
Support for Interns and "LayerX Compass"
LayerX also provides accompanying support for interns in utilizing AI and other technologies.
Currently, through the AI tool utilization support system, LayerX subsidizes the monthly usage fees for AI tools that interns wish to use.
Furthermore, by regularly providing opportunities for AI-related information sharing through dialogue and discussions with employees, LayerX creates an environment where interns can immediately contribute to work after joining the company.
Additionally, "LayerX Compass Ver.4.0," released in September 2022 and updated in March 2026, reflects important guidelines and habitual actions related to AI that are embedded in LayerX's organization.
By making the organization AI-native, LayerX aims to achieve organizational management that "makes AI a growth driver."

On Thursday, April 30, 2026, LayerX will host a talk event for new graduate engineers titled "Why We Focus on 'New Graduate Recruitment' in the AI Era. LayerX Engineers Discuss the Ideal Workplace if They Were Students Again."
