LayerX Inc. (CEO Yoshinori Fukushima, hereinafter "LayerX") is pleased to announce that it has signed a sales partnership agreement with Hiroshima Bank, Ltd. (Director and President Kazuo Kiyomune, hereinafter "Hiroshima Bank") and Hirogin IT Solutions Co., Ltd. (President Takeshi Yanagida, hereinafter "Hirogin IT Solutions").

Based on this agreement, a new service combining "Bakuraku Invoice Reception" and Hiroshima Bank's "〈Hirogin〉Smart Fine" will be launched on March 31, 2026. Background of Collaboration Accounting operations are facing increasing burdens due to the strengthening of laws and regulations that companies must comply with, such as the introduction of the invoice system and the revision of the Electronic Books Preservation Act. Furthermore, labor shortages due to population decline and an aging workforce exacerbate these challenges, making traditional analog operations difficult to manage. Particularly in regional areas, the lack of specialized personnel for digitalization is a significant issue hindering DX progress.

LayerX provides "Bakuraku Invoice Reception," which streamlines invoice operations. By receiving all types of invoices online, including paper invoices delivered by mail and PDF invoices attached to emails, and digitizing them, LayerX has been supporting the DX of accounting operations.

Hirogin Holdings Inc., which includes Hiroshima Bank and its subsidiary Hirogin IT Solutions, advocates for promoting DX for customers and the region. Leveraging its customer base, primarily in Hiroshima Prefecture, the group is focusing not only on supporting the introduction of IT tools and system development, which they have been doing traditionally, but also on providing DX consulting and solutions to further solve customer issues and revitalize the region. Service Overview By integrating "Bakuraku Invoice Reception," provided by LayerX, with "〈Hirogin〉Smart Fine" (hereinafter "Smart Fine"), Hiroshima Bank's unique service that combines "Invoice DX" and "Payment DX" (launched in June 2025), the entire process from invoice reception to payment processing will be digitized.

Leveraging Bakuraku's advanced AI-OCR capabilities, invoice and statement information will be digitized and linked to the payment DX service of "〈Hirogin〉Smart Fine," enabling online completion of payment operations.

This is expected to reduce manual data entry and verification tasks. It will also contribute to alleviating the practical burden associated with compliance with regulations such as the Electronic Books Preservation Act and suppressing input errors. Furthermore, by centrally managing the process from invoice reception to payment on a data basis, operational visibility will be enhanced, leading to the establishment of a highly transparent internal control environment.

Future Outlook LayerX's cutting-edge AI implementation capabilities and expertise in the back-office domain, combined with the Hiroshima Bank Group's deep understanding of the local community and financial expertise...
