Layers Consulting Launches 'AI Insourcing Team' to Support Enterprise AI Implementation

Layers Consulting has established a new 'AI Insourcing Team' consisting of 30 AI specialists to support enterprise AI implementation. The firm appointed Tsuyoshi Hashiguchi, former Executive Officer and Head of the AI Division at Google Cloud Japan, as AI Strategy Advisor. The team aims to help companies overcome the 'AI implementation wall,' where projects stall at the PoC stage due to a lack of internal talent. They will provide end-to-end support for structuring, deploying, and maintaining AI agents to drive business transformation.
