LAVA International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takahiko Washimi; hereinafter, LAVA), which operates over 700 hot yoga studios nationwide, including LAVA, implemented an experiential program where 437 new employees simultaneously practiced yoga at its 2026 entrance ceremony. Held over two days at two venues in Tokyo and Osaka, the program allowed all participants to share a sense of unity created by synchronized breathing and movement, and the feeling of balancing their mind and body through the yoga experience. This program, utilizing the company's core business, is LAVA's unique talent development initiative aimed at fostering 'the ability to regulate oneself' as new professionals embark on their careers.

The Moment 437 People Shared 'The Same Breath'

At the venues, speakers shared future visions and important philosophies for working, providing new employees with time to heighten their awareness for their upcoming professional lives.

On the second day, as a symbolic program of the entrance ceremony, all new employees from the two brands, hot yoga studio LAVA and machine pilates Rintosull, participated in a yoga experience. As a total of 437 individuals simultaneously struck poses at both the Tokyo and Osaka venues, an overwhelming sense of unity spread throughout the venues.
