Background of this plan's provision
The current mid-career IT engineer recruitment market is clearly polarizing, triggered by the advent of generative AI. While companies focused on in-house development (SaaS, etc.), which have led the market, are shifting to selective hiring, major and medium-sized SIers and AI contract development companies responsible for system construction for companies entering the practical application phase are experiencing a surge in demand for engineers and PMs with the ability to drive projects using AI.
However, the reality is that immediately employable talent adapted to the changes brought about by generative AI, such as engineers with modern AI implementation skills like LLM control and database construction, and PMs/PLs capable of handling everything from upstream to downstream processes, are still scarce in the market. 3. Accompanied support by dedicated Customer Success
For companies with limited direct recruiting know-how, a dedicated representative will provide continuous support, including reviewing job descriptions and setting target settings that provide a competitive advantage.
Overview of the "Half-Year Renewal for One Month Free Campaign"
