LangGenius Inc. (Headquarters: 1st Floor, Nihonbashi Front, 3-6-2 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter 'LangGenius') exhibited at the Japan DX Week 'AI & Business Automation Expo' (Organizer: RX Japan Ltd.) held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from Wednesday, April 8, to Friday, April 10, 2026. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited our booth.
In this release, we report an overview of our exhibition and the challenges and needs regarding AI utilization among Japanese companies that emerged at the venue.

Booth Exhibits
At the Dify booth, we focused on the following live demonstrations.
1. AI Workflow & Knowledge Pipeline (RAG Pipeline) Live Demo
We conducted a live demonstration centering on Dify's core features: the visual workflow builder and the knowledge pipeline (RAG pipeline).
While allowing visitors to actually operate the workflow and experience the process of building an AI agent with no-code/low-code, we also introduced enterprise-oriented features such as chunking strategies, reranking settings, multi-model support, and external system integration in a demo of building RAG utilizing internal knowledge.
2. Exclusive AI Chatbot for Japan IT Week
At large-scale exhibition venues, there is a constant stream of questions like 'Which hall is that exhibition in?', 'Where is the smoking area?', and 'Where can I get lunch nearby?'. Therefore, we imported the Japan DX Week venue map, exhibitor information, and peripheral facility data as a knowledge base, and combined Dify's workflow functionality and RAG to build a venue guide chatbot in just a few hours. During the exhibition, it was constantly available at our booth, operating in a format where visitors could ask questions freely.
This chatbot is not just for demonstration purposes, but a 'production product' that was actually used by visitors. LangGenius actively utilizes Dify for managing its own events, and as a practical example this time, we proved on the exhibition floor that a practical-level AI app can be built in a short time without writing code.
3 Challenges and Needs Regarding Corporate AI
Through interacting with visitors over the three days, the following challenges and needs regarding AI utilization among Japanese companies became apparent.
1. AI Utilization in a Secure Environment
Many companies voiced that 'We want to utilize generative AI, but handling confidential data and aligning with security policies are challenges.'
Dify supports deployment on-premises and in private clouds, receiving high praise for the ability to operate AI without taking data externally.
2. Internal Deployment and Maintenance/Operation of AI Efficiency Tools
Companies facing the challenge that 'We introduced an AI tool, but we are struggling with its internal deployment and continuous maintenance/operation' were prominent.
Many visitors showed interest in the fact that Dify's no-code/low-code approach enables the construction, updating, and operation of AI apps without relying on specialized engineers.
3. Expectations and Reality of RAG
While the number of companies considering RAG for utilizing internal knowledge is rapidly increasing, we also heard many concerns such as 'Accuracy is low' and 'We are worried about hallucinations.'
Dify's knowledge pipeline (RAG pipeline) allows for flexible settings of chunking strategies and reranking, tackling these challenges head-on.
Future Prospects
LangGenius Inc. is fully committed to the Japanese market. We will continue to support the promotion of DX in Japanese companies through events, content, and partnerships, providing Dify, which is already used by many companies including NTT, RICOH, Kakaku.com, Kyoshin, and Mizuho Bank.
