Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Osamu Obayashi), which operates Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Shin-Misato, will hold a collaborative event with Bebitapi, the highly popular tapioca drink specialty store from Osaka Amerikamura and Harajuku. The event, titled "Bebitapi is Coming! ~The entire Bebitapi store appears at LaLaport Shin-Misato!!~," will take place from Monday, June 15, 2026, to Sunday, June 28, 2026.

During this campaign, the entire popular tapioca drink specialty store "Bebitapi" will set up shop at LaLaport Shin-Misato. Popular influencers who usually can only be met at the Osaka Amerikamura or Harajuku stores will appear as staff, selling popular merchandise and tapioca.

Furthermore, during the Bebitapi pop-up period, there will be a "Bebitapi Bus Exhibition" and "Bebitapi-chan" will make an appearance!
