Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Shin Misato, operated by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Osamu Obayashi), will hold a tie-up event with "Babytapi," a highly popular tapioca drink specialty store in Osaka's Amerikamura and Harajuku, from Monday, June 15th to Sunday, June 28th, 2026. The event is titled "Babytapi is Coming! ~Babytapi's Entire Store Appears at LaLaport Shin Misato!!~".

During this campaign, the entire popular tapioca drink specialty store "Babytapi" will open a pop-up shop at LaLaport Shin Misato. Popular influencers who usually only meet customers at the stores in Osaka's Amerikamura and Harajuku will appear as staff, selling popular merchandise and tapioca drinks.

Furthermore, during the Babytapi pop-up period, there will be a "Babytapi Bus Exhibition" and appearances by "Babytapi-chan"!
An "Original Babytapi Sticker Present Campaign" will also be held simultaneously, where customers can receive an original Babytapi sticker with purchases!
