In this seminar, he will speak on the theme 'The Effects and Precautions of Aquatic Exercise - What You Can and Cannot Do in Water.' Focusing on 'aquatic exercise,' which allows for efficient muscle strengthening while reducing the burden on joints, he will explain its benefits and precautions for continuing exercise safely from a doctor's perspective in an easy-to-understand manner.
Aquatic exercise is ideal for full-body training and rehabilitation, a safe exercise method that gently builds health efficiently by utilizing the resistance and buoyancy of water to reduce the burden on the body. The facility is equipped with an aqua gym in its indoor heated pool, featuring six state-of-the-art machines, including the world's first 'Aqua Butterfly.'
After the seminar, you can immediately practice aquatic exercise in the aqua gym, and also enjoy bathing in the large public bath, including natural hot springs, and meals with menus based on fermented foods tailored to specific symptoms. Please spend a unique well-being moment at our facility, where you can experience learning and healing at the same time.
