[Umekita Onsen Ren Wellbeing Park] New Lesson Program 'Suwarobi Supported by Nissui' Starts on April 3

"Umekita Onsen Ren Wellbeing Park" (General Manager: Tatsuya Fujitate, Location: Osaka City) will hold a naming rights lesson "Suwarobi Supported by Nissui" by Nissui Corporation (Representative Director, President & CEO: Akira Tanaka, Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo) every Friday for two months starting April 3, 2026.

This lesson incorporates "protein", an essential nutrient for bodybuilding, into the facility's popular lesson "Suwarobi" to support health promotion from both exercise and nutrition aspects.

"Suwarobi" is a program designed to condition the body effortlessly by moving the body slowly, mainly in a seated posture. It carefully loosens the shoulders, back, and lower back, which tend to become stiff in daily life, promoting physical and mental relaxation, while also expecting to maintain and improve cardiopulmonary function and strengthen muscle power. Furthermore, by moving the body while being conscious of left and right movements, the content also leads to stimulation of cognitive functions.

It is easy to participate even for those who are not good at strenuous exercise or have few exercise habits, and those who lack confidence in their physical strength or have concerns about their legs and lower back can participate without difficulty.
