L is B Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Taisuke Yokoi; hereinafter 'L is B') announces the 'L is B User Conference (LUC2026)', to be held at Otemachi Place Hall & Conference on Thursday, September 17, 2026. In response to requests from users in western Japan, 'LUC Kansai 2026' will also be held in Osaka on Friday, October 16, 2026.

About LUC (L is B User Conference)

'LUC' is an event designed to allow users of L is B services to present real-world use cases, enabling attendees to exchange insights and discover solutions for digital transformation (DX) challenges.

This year marks the 9th edition of the conference, themed 'Field AI Summit'. The program will feature user presentations on services such as the business chat platform 'direct', alongside strategic announcements from L is B and a special keynote speech—all in a single day. The event aims to provide attendees with practical insights into the current state of AI and field DX that they can apply to solve their own organizational challenges.

The theme 'Field AI Summit' is rooted in L is B's recent achievement: on June 16, 2026, the company obtained certification for the AI Management System (AIMS) under the international standard 'ISO/IEC 42001' from the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA)※1. With this secure foundation for AI utilization, L is B positions LUC2026 as a platform to share and communicate the forefront of AI implementation in real-world operations together with its users.

This year’s special keynote speaker is author Tsunetoshi Takeda, who will speak on the topic 'The Arrival of an AI-Driven Society and Japan’s Competitiveness'. The event will again be hosted by freelance announcer Sauri Matsui, who will co-moderate with President Yokoi.
