Kansai Gaidai University (Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture) will implement the overseas work experience program "Global Internship in Asia" during the summer vacation period in August, in collaboration with Mynavi Korea, Inc. (Headquarters: Seoul, South Korea).

This program, which started in fiscal year 2025, aims to deepen understanding of corporate business environments and foster the "sincere and tough mindset" necessary for next-generation global human resources through practical experience in the rapidly growing Asian region and interaction with local employees. It received an award in the "Internship/Work Experience Course" category at the "9th Career Design Program Award Chosen by Students" announced in April 2026.

Mynavi Korea is the South Korean subsidiary of Mynavi, established in 2016. It primarily engages in recruitment services that connect Korean job seekers with Japanese companies operating in Korea and in new graduate employment support for Korean university students.

The program will be held for 8 days from August 23 (Sun) to August 30 (Sun), with four students participating. Based at the company's Gangnam office, they will exchange opinions with clients from Japanese companies operating in Korea and experience the work of career advisors through role-playing.

Furthermore, opportunities will be provided to hear real voices from Korean students about differences in local employment situations and interview preparation through interaction with them.

Through the local work experience, students will tackle assignments given by the company and, on the final day, give presentations to the company's staff and receive feedback.

In addition, participating students will receive a scholarship of 50,000 yen from the university to support their overseas endeavors while reducing the financial burden.
